Aston Experience Terms & Conditions

1. All clients must be 25 years of age on or before the date of hire. Younger drivers can be quoted for at the discretion of the underwriters.

2. All clients must be under 65 years of age on or before the date of hire. Older drivers can be quoted for at the discretion of the underwriters.

3. A full UK driving licence must be held.

4. Our vehicles may only be hired for use in the British Isles only, however, our V12 Vanquish or AMV8 or DB9 GT Coupe may be hired for use in certain areas of Europe at the discretion of the Managing Director and the underwriters. Our breakdown cover is only valid within the UK; additional European cover is the responsibility of the client.

5. The insurance excess on our policy is capped at Ł3000 (Ł4000 for international clients).

6. Replacement vehicle. Should your hired vehicle become unavailable due to any force beyond our control a replacement Aston Martin to the same value of hire will be provided. If, in any rare circumstances we are unable to provide an Aston Martin to the same hire value, a full refund will apply.

7. We do not approve the use of wedding ribbons on our hire cars. A single white ribbon may be used, but any resulting paintwork damage will be the responsibility of the hirer. Under no circumstances are any decorative items allowed to be adhered to the paint work surface of the car.

8. In the event of the car being written off, stolen or seriously damaged as to result in an insurance claim, the full excess is payable. A full vehicle inspection will be done before collection and signed by the client. A second vehicle inspection will be done upon the vehicles return. Any superficial damage will be the responsibility of the hirer.

9. Wheels. Any light kerb damage is charged at Ł50 per wheel. Rim damage is charged at Ł100 per wheel. In short ‘stay away from the kerb’.

10. Under no circumstances can our vehicles be taken onto any type of drag, raceway or airstrip.

11. Any damage as a result of excessive high speeds, over revving of the engine, racing or dragging will result in additional charges for any required repairs.

12. All of our vehicles have internal WDS diagnostics. In the event of any major system malfunctions; clutch, gear box, engine, etc... the diagnostic information will be used to determine exactly how the car has been driven whilst on hire. If any form of driving abuse is apparent, please refer to Point 11 of our Terms & Conditions.

13. To validate any booking a deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance is required at least 12 weeks before hire period, any bookings made within the 12 week period are to be paid in full. Bookings are transferable subject to the car being available on the new hire date without charge for up to 18 months. If you cancel within 1 week of your hire the no-charge policy is at the discretion of the managing director.

14. Under no circumstances can charge backs from your credit card can be issued, by signing our contract you are giving full consent to pay unless you have any complaints.

15. Additional miles over the allocation amount are charged at Ł2.00 + VAT per mile

16. Under NO circumstances is smoking allowed in any of our vehicles.

17. Due to trailer regulations, our cars come with a low amount of petrol in them, please ensure you replace what has been used but do not leave the car with more than Ľ tank on the collection date.

18. The car comes with our own breakdown assistance.

19. Children over the age of 5 years may ride in the front of our vehicles; under no circumstances are children to ride in the back of our 2+0 vehicles whilst on hire.

20. ‘Aston Experience’ accepts NO responsibility for any persons using the vehicle.

21. Soiling of the cars interior beyond repair will result in full loss of security deposit.

22. The management and underwriters of ‘The Aston Experience’ reserve the right to refuse or terminate any hire contract.

23. Hire of the vehicle my only take place once these terms and conditions have been read and a contract signed by the client.

24. Any speeding, parking, driving fines (patrol or camera), or congestion charges that are incurred during the hire period are the sole responsibility of the client with no exceptions. Any property damage resulting from our hire vehicle during any hire period is the responsibility of the named hirer.

25. Payment of any Toll charges or Congestion charges are the responsibility of the client, and such fines resulting from non-payment will be passed back.

26. Client’s statutory rights are not affected.

27. Now the legal jargon is out of the way, enjoy our awesome driving machines
